Once your capital universe is computed, Razer recommends the plan that actually fits it. Sometimes the answer is “Foundation is enough. Your universe is concentrated. Paying us more would not change this raise.” We would rather say that than take the money.
If a plan allows 30 reveals and only seven investors are worth showing you, you see seven. A limit is a ceiling, not a promise of inventory. Nobody sells unlimited pursuits here, because the network is the asset and burning it out would be the last thing this product ever did.
Investors are liquidity. We don’t tax liquidity.
