Every plan gets the same relevance, the same ranking and the same truth. Plans differ in capacity, intelligence, tools, monitoring and access windows. Nobody pays to rank higher or to bypass a mandate.

After computing your capital universe, Razer recommends the plan that fits it. Sometimes the answer is “Foundation is enough. Your universe is concentrated; paying for more access would not materially improve this raise.” That honesty is intentional.
If a plan allows 30 reveals and only seven investors are worth showing, you see seven. Limits define maximum access. They never guarantee inventory. Nobody sells unlimited pursuits: the network must remain protected.
Curated review, your mandate declared and observed, mutual matches and interest are free. Pro adds hidden matches, meeting briefs and conflict intelligence. Funds get the whole partnership.
When a subscription ends you keep your company profile, documents, notes, history and conversations. You lose ongoing premium services: new discovery, new reveals, monitoring cadence, advanced modeling. Move to Network mode and come back when the next round opens.
